It is somewhat sad that you get better internet connectivity on a plane in the middle of the Atlantic than you do in some parts of London.

Both use cases throw up test cases that a lot of mobile applications don't account for and don't handle very well.

Examples: 

- Lots of people all in the same cell so available bandwidth is variable
- Switching between networks and going from 5G to 3G when crossing the street
- Partial internet connectivity due to traffic shaping
