are there any apis that can tell whether a wallet has interacted with any scammer wallets or malicious contracts?

not sure if chainalysis offers smth like this

Would interacting mean sending txns to and receiving txns from? Or just sending txns to? 

This makes me think it would be nice to have a contract that would be kept up to date with OFAC sanction list too

I don't! Very interested in it though. Especially on the side of, how do we (somewhat intelligently) detect when a known scammer tries to taint a static address (address used by a "good" entity over and over) by sending them dust

i was originally thinking sending txns to, but for something like AML, could def see the need for receiving from as well
