Did a cold plunge for the first time this morning (and sauna) and I have felt amazing all day after. The fitness influencers may be onto something.

Alexander the Great was the OG cold plunge influencer. Ordered his armies to bath in cold baths to keep them aware and tough. Think he killed a dood for disobeying after a warm bath. Gotta love history
