Placed 100+ in crypto jobs. Found the gaps, fixing them. 3x grant-backed founder building @interestedfyi to reshape onchain hiring. Ex @ConsenSysMesh.

It’s most common for builders to apply directly to grants provided by the ecosystems EAS is deployed on. We are exploring a structured program for next year👌
