I’ve noticed a measurable decline in the way marketing employees are treated in crypto, especially in smaller projects 

I channeled my frustrations into this but never shared it, but the more I learn I’m not alone, the more people I think can get bingo pretty easily

yup this is why i work externally. no reason to grind for 1-10 decent internal spots and put myself out of work in 6 months and/or get fired during a market downturn.

The recruiter who hired me for my most recent position also hired the other two marketing positions and they fired all three of us 😩 (they got acquired by a foreign government / long story) I have no idea how to commission system works but I’m guessing your recruits getting fired constantly isn’t good
