Crypto teams haven't learned. Still lowballing Staff-level talent with junior rates they wouldn't take home themselves.

lol no it’s true. I think people do need to remember that even within crypto different teams will have some deviations of pay based on complexity of product, sector (consumer v. Protocol). 

Interested.fyi gives really solid industry averages however. Great tool for benchmarking expectations.
