Everything needs to be spec’ed to a _x_ times worth of work. Fundraising (6-8weeks), hiring (<45 days per opening), product sprints (2 weeks), etc. 

Almost a science, you just gotta stay aware of where you’re at and what you’re doing. Easier said than done
