Seeing high CPU utilization when running node as a bootstrap peer. Unexpected given that we are pre genesis. Anybody else seeing similar?

The master clock is part of the pre genesis test, this is creating VDF proofs. Testing DHT functionality needs something to have peers share over the wire 🙂
