Yep. My company makes all sorts of enamel pins and Uv printing is a newer method that can be done 2d or on 3d as well.

Can you build tall structures? I recall seeing something very nascent a few years back that was making an eiffel tower out of a pink goo.

No. These are casted from molds in zinc alloy and mass produced vs a 3d printer kind of thing. Once casted, we plate and in this case printed on them
