Imo it’s a loss that few Americans experience the benefits of taking a proper summer break Always busy, always grinding makes it harder to step outside of your local maxima, gain perspective and recharge to make important long term decisions At least that’s how it works for me

💯 ! In the USA the standard is 2 weeks of vacation, with some extra time off here and there. In my previous career, I experienced deep burnout, which ultimately led me to my current path. Breaks are important. Leisure is essential. Doing nothing can be productive. Bonne vacances!
