Although I love meditation, BC will not be a meditation club.
Instead, the time set aside before conversations begin is for you to deepen an intentional practice of your choice.
The invitation is that it be a practice of your choice and for your own wellbeing - it could be breathwork, listening to music, journaling, directed contemplation, drinking tea, running, walking your dog, abseiling off your roof, a cold plunge, staring out your window - you get the idea! 1 reply
