A lot of natives understand this, but it’s not the popular sentiment. The most important question this cycle: If we onboard 1 billion users, will they stay post-cycle? Last cycle, most left, and this cycle, most innovation is just making it easier to do what we did last cycle, with some fresh gimmicks. New users become exit liquidity or rugged altogether, thus burned by the system that claims to be its financial savior, and regulation becomes ever more justified. A market filled with potential is not the evidence of a market making the right moves with said potential.
