I'm still skeptical of rewards for "time spent", wouldn't that be an incentive to passively scroll other ppl's creations?

But when you're watching a streamer, isn't the reward the enjoyment you get from it? I feel like just watching si too passive. Rewarding chat participants would make more sense imo, or more meaningful contributions

that’s for sure: rewards should only go to contributors and active fans

e.g. - if you've watched 5 hours each week of a streamer, you should receive something in return
