My guess lots of feels on this all around, little speaking out about it.

A 1 bedroom in Toronto costs about $750k average, so you’d need to make at least $187k a year to afford something like that 😵

That is Toronto though. I miss it dearly but also don’t regret leaving it for exactly this reason. So many friends are killing it career wise now in software, yet struggle to get into the housing market.
