Is it illegal to give away money to followers?

What if I said I would give 1 ETH to a randomly chosen follower this Friday? 

Screw it, let's do it. I'm gonna give someone 1 ETH on Friday.

I would invest it, so that after it doubled I could offer the same amount up for grabs in the same way and pay it forward to make another person's day a little brighter because of my good fortune. 

With my gains, I would find ways to invest it into myself to make it grow even more, whether it would be new equipment or new skills so that the benefits would continue to compound and create more positivity loops in the future 🫂🙏🏼🫡❤️

When you can be content with what you have, abundance is possible. 
When you realize what you need to live within your means there is great freedom and balance that comes from not having to chase the things that others told you that you should want and instead you can have a life that is filled with joy instead. 
I would rather have clothes with holes and time with friends than his spent working and no memories of fun times spent. 
When people learn their time is the biggest commodity they learn how to trade it for things, hopefully, that truly matter. 🙏🏼
