Thank you🥰 I like the way it has a rhythmic flow to it, almost as though if you can take a deep breath in and exhale out the colors and rhythm help you feel more tranquil. I'm going to try to make more that are timed to breathing in this way and see how it works to look at them when stressed as a way of calming down. This was the fabric that I started with.
