Finally... after 5 years I can show you this... 💫 In 2019 @cariannshimsham & I worked with dancer Jody Sperling to create a dance that would become the premise for the film Obsessed with Light, which opens this weekend Obsessed with Light tells the story of Loïe Fuller, of whom Jody Sperling is the world's leading exponent of the style of the early modern dancer & performance technologist This gif was used as a transition for the in-person dance, as well as projected onto Jody for her closing fire solo, which was created by taking video of Jody, and inputting the video into a custom software that I wrote called Magic Stacks In addition to transitions, cari ann & I worked on a variety of wild & newfangled technologies that comprised the dance; projections, live coding, live feedback loops, which can be seen as the pinnacle of the trailer You can check out the film if you are in nyc https://quadcinema.com/film/obsessed-with-light

With the decision of @foundation to delete all content from their ig and rebrand the handle to @rodeodotclub, I wonder if we will ever see an Ethereum platform that the art community can feel confident in building on. What's left, @superrare (and @verse)? As time passes all signs point to Tezos and @objktcom, as well as medium specific platforms like @fxhash 💫
