Learning from failure works when it's a personal failure! 

Imo:
-learning from failure works best when the failure was personal, but trying to learn from others' failures is really really hard given extreme asymmetric info
-learning from success works really well when it's learning from how others succeeded

We should encourage learning from both 🙃 failure is often way more interesting to study
