I Belive you mean 0.1% , right ?
For example 100k lock if pool is 100m ,
Cause 1% of 4.5m daily is 45 k !!

If the pool is 100m (total stake), and you locked 100k, your stake = 0.1% of the pool
0.1% of 4.5 mln (total allow) = 4 500
then you need to add your social boost

but @jacek was assuming that you staked 1% of the total stake (which will be 1 mln, and not a 100k - in your example)
