I have a instinct that it depends on what stage of career you are and what you’re looking for. I think if you’re early or mid-stage career, the open-work badge wouldn’t hurt because the pool of companies hiring are usually a lot. It might hurt if you’re looking for leadership or executive roles. I don’t know
