For Fusaka, we agreed to first get EOF and PeerDAS, both of which were scheduled for Pectra, implemented and running smoothly on devnets. This should help us keep a focused scope, but leaves the door open to considering further additions once these are implemented (not before!)

And, lastly, given the Pectra split across two forks, we moved the Verkle EIPs, which were CFI'd for Fusaka, to the fork after: Amsterdam 🇳🇱
