We are building a web2 based hyperlocal community focused social media platform. -We have a MVP -A youtuber with 220k is happy to run pilot with us. -A co-living facility with 8 properties and with 10k customers each year is ready to run pilot. -3 Colleges with collectively 21k students is ready to run pilot with us.

It is called Social Media not private media for a reason. Socialise more, talk to more people. On an average you would have to do atleast 3 new conversations to make/find one sensible friend. So don't shy away from talking to new people.

These community builders work in all time zones, they don't moonlight and work for minimum a year as per the contract. These certified moderators and builders cost less $8000/year which allows founders to minimise their burn rate during this bear market.

Probly my own project? Mad Ed? We are not a tech firm but rather an education institute, we help founders hire Experienced Community Managers and Moderators who are pre-vetted and 3x certified that cost less than 1/5x the market salary for community manager.
