For sure it does! I think an awkward and buggy product will be hard to forgive if it was extremely hyped up. If you have a no name product, then the adage: "no one remembers the first version of uber" applies. See Cyberpunk for a massive fail at launch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omyoJ7onNrg
