What did you do on your parental leave besides the basics? Also, how long did you have before you went back to work? I had one leave where I discovered and followed a YouTube influencer. Attending webinars has also been a favorite. I'm about halfway through a 12-week leave and trying to make the most of it.

The people working at daycare probably do things differently from how you would do them because their goal is to care for all the kiddos. As long as you feel your child is safe and well cared for, let go of the particulars when you can.
