I guess it doesn't matter, they all produce the same peer id using the same .config

PeerID is a separate thing, you do not need to run a node to use the vouchers, but to run a validating node without having to first participate in a round of proof of meaningful work, you need to import any valid voucher. This is to ensure that there are as many active nodes the moment the network launches as possible
