Update to Warpcast Active Badge

Quality was declining, so we added two new requirements:

1. Account created at least 7 days ago

2. At least 100 followers

Reduced the number of active badge holders from ~2000 to ~1000.

So now not having a badge is basically a sign my casts suck

Can you get the badge by liking and replying your own casts?
If you like 100% of your casts and reply to every other cast, then that should work

Or does inbound rule self-reactions out

your mom's favorite farcaster (probably), building /quidli 🦑, casting in /justinahn, daoing in /🍊 & /🟪

You can also tag bots to get replies 
The quick fix for the badge is to discount replies that come in instantly

Some bots would get around this but they would be custom and much less common
