is it because they covered a lot of songs in muppet babies?

and never watched p&p so have no idea about this one

Thanks to music rights a lot of shows aren't able to be reaired on streaming. 

Two great examples are 
The Adventure of Pete and Pete
And
Muppet Babies

Like in the later, a lot of these creators like Jim Henson know musicians; and they'll just be like yeah lemme contribute something to your show no big. 

Then streaming rights are almost impossible!

hadn't watched since i was a college student, streamed the first episode and was initially very confused, like "maybe it changes to fly me to the moon a few episodes later?" 😭
