Oh yeah! Taste 1000x better that way Usually I'm lazy and make the dough that is ready ASAP However if you let it rest overnight it way more flavorful Also pizza is really cheap too make at home

we make at home but i find the dough the most challenging, haven't been able to consistently get it not sticky yet 😅

Like it's too sticky? I use the recipe from Joy of Cooking And the rely on the bread machine to knead and proof But! I have kneaded by hand, the machine it just easier You gotta dust it with flour so it doesn't stick I use a mini fine mesh sieve to dust
