anyone using propolis spray and believe in its benefits? seeing casts about people getting sick at ethdenver/conferences, currently feeling ok myself but had been spraying this on the regular since my mother gave me a bottle 🐝

I’ve been using xlear & those zycam nose qtip things. They seem to also help with allergies
