Maybe not traditional “influencer”, but plenty of economic value has been created for people who have taken Farcaster seriously over the last few years.

Beyond the onchain opportunities, plenty of people got jobs and raised funding as a result.

I truly believe that Farcaster is still so nascent that you can launch *anything* and gain economic value from it. Here’s why:

- People are okay with shitty products to start because we’re builders. My first candles were shit and yet folks still bought from me over and over again. 
- Low # of active creators/builders. You’re probably only competing with 2000~ active posters, not all of them are quality posters. Less competition to dominate mindshare.
- Easy to start a niche/community. People here are thirsty to be part of something, a collective, a greater mission, or make friends. 

Will the average builder be able to scale to hundreds of thousands of dollars right now in revenue? Maybe not. But it’s already happened to a few people. And more than a few people - including myself - have done $10k+. That’s more than enough to get past the cold start problem and scale beyond.
