fc rules change too often for people trying to min/max their engagement

not putting a value judgement on that user behavior 
just something i noticed.

new social network = people trying to grow their followings
they do this by trying to figure out the algo to maximize eyeballs
but the algo changes very quickly (maybe more a wc thing than a fc thing)

eg power badge farming > trending tab farming > 5 usdc farming
