Small improvement to Trending feed algorithm on Warpcast Made a few changes over the weekend and today, should be a bit better as a placeholder going forward. Need something better long term that boosts new interesting accounts. Will continue to iterate. cc @timdaub.eth who has been asking for a while

I personally don't use the trending tab but would be nice to make it such that top x trending casts could break into main feed perhaps
