Rust

I’ll definitely learn other languages in the next 1-2 decades for fun, but I fully expect Rust to be my daily driver in this period

Now that I think about it I didn't really have one. Did a mix of JS/Python/Scala in the years before I started using Rust full time

I started with cpp in uni, but later focused on js/ts because I mostly do web stuff. Is there any specific use case (community support/libraries) for you with Rust or you just switched to it purely for the speed/type?

I got into Rust, because I needed to implement a cross-platform native library, and I did just enough C++ earlier not to want to use it again 😅
