Current reality is that you can only build financial products fully on chain, so it’s no surprise that innovative on chain stuff is primarily financial, even if it might be distasteful

Current reality is that folks are shoving non-financial use cases into a financial box instead of building a newly shaped box.

Why? Blockchains are not the financial box I’m referring to.

I’m saying Farcaster is building a newly shaped box.

Blockchains are data structures and not inherently financial. 

The idea of transact-to-interact works for some use cases (like building an efficient marketplace for art) but not for others.
