ITAP of a "Morion" Smoky Quartz from the Pakistani Himalayas. Little known fact, Smoky Quartz becomes dark via natural ambient earth radiation from fissures going down to the earth's core. Radioactive isotopes morph the internal crystalline structure over millenia causing them to become dark.
