How do you measure the success of your communication strategies in the Web3 space?

It depends on the project and even more on the campaign. I focus more on evaluating the success of my campaign, as I'm hired for short to mid-term objectives. Generally, it's about "awareness," and my clients often don't agree on a single KPI.

For example, I have one client who was facing a community crisis, so the strategy's success is evaluated by the community sentiment on Discord: are they insulting the devs or are they happy? For another client, raising another round of funding, it was more about the comments sent in DMs to the founders by early investors regarding our communication.

Wait I'm thinking while casting lol. That was a good question. Ultimately, the goal is often the perception of the community and VCs about the perceived value (as users are frequently investors themselves). Kind of a marketing inception... So how it is measurable with quantitative data? Sales & TVL, I suppose. Qualitative? Feedback...
