I think it’s important to look at a variety of metrics, including sentiment analysis on social media, user engagement, feedback, and actual growth metrics like active users, transactions, and wallet activities.

It depends on the project and even more on the campaign. I focus more on evaluating the success of my campaign, as I'm hired for short to mid-term objectives. Generally, it's about "awareness," and my clients often don't agree on a single KPI.
