Damn my body is dnt know where leading me. My lower backs hurts whenever i do workout and i believe now my whole lower back is weakened after the 2022 tragedy happened to me while doing deadlift and i thought its fixed but it makes it weaker and here nd now it keeps hurting me.. I dnt knw what steps should i taken. I m just trying to make my lower back strong by workingout but it is hurting.. 🥲

bro i don't think you should work out more on the back just gonna make it worse instead opt in exercises for less stress on the back because the older you get the more the back gonna hurt man deadlifting i don't think i can try that in my life again😂 my back is already cooked rn don't want to aggravate it while in my twenty's

I only do back excercise plus only hyper for making my lower back strong. But yes back excercise stress my lower back definitely. So i m confused should i drop gym nd not going ever? Yeah man did only once only once and tht bad day my whole lower back muscle twicthed..

No don’t just avoid taking it easy and avoid doing too much I think the goal for should be keeping fit rather than lifting heavy

Yeah absolutely and tbh i m not lifting heavy as it is just my 2 weeks completed. But i suppose lots of efforts required to keep my lower back pain free..
