Done! 🫑 Prisoner squats 10 reps Mountain climbers 20 reps (left leg right leg = 1) Plank leg lifts 10 reps (left leg right leg = 1) 4 rounds non-stop Had that problem again attaching video to the media version of the receipt so figured I’d drop the video here.

Another great workout routine and really I’ve already received my rewards and they’re not my sore muscles or the lactic acid buildup. It’s the re-introduction of a regular whole body exercise routine that includes more than just running. I’ve never had a six pack or a muscular frame, but if I just follow you around, that might be some distant possibility now. πŸ₯ΉπŸ«ΆπŸ½
