another day at the studio batch filming fitness content! i created some longer 5 and 10 min workouts for my hypersub! (coming very soon👀) as well as my usual shorter warpcast workouts! it’s been a really productive day as i also managed to get 70% through my level 2 personal training course just a few more modules and exams left! ahh so happy 🎉 also thanks to everyone who encouraged me when i took a break from the daily workouts a few days ago, i feel alot better and have alot more clarity and energy! who’s ready to feel the burn tomorrow???
