i’m finally home and settled!

on my 12 hour flight i finally watched severance wow what a show!

all week i have been having knee pain that the physios couldn’t figure out and literally as soon as i landed it disappeared

mind body connection!! 

and best of all i will be visiting my grandad tomorrow which i am so excited about!!! ☺️

Do you think the series "severance" is worth watching like the previous season?

That is kind of amazing with your knee.... the knee specifically seems to the literal pain point for so many other issues (I've had knee pain in the past because my quads were so tight... but quads never hurt themselves).

Excited you get to visit your grandad, that's awesome!
