i took a “nap” post training, my alarm didnt go off and now its 2am and i didn’t edit my zora vlog 

note to self - documenting my journey to the olympics whilst actually training for the olympics is hard

for context i’m in my third block of training to prepare for competing next month 

so its ramped up ALOT 

will deffo need to utilise @super for cast scheduling as i will be napping (with alarms) a whole lot more

in US, we consider as....a full night sleep! hahaha
