I literally just subscribed to them on my podcast app and have downloaded yesterdays episode.  I listen to a lot of podcasts while working out and doing my rehab exercises.

Ah.  I joined Farcaster a while ago... but I didn't do anything with it until about 3 months ago when I realized the importance of decentralized social media. Those Meta/Twitter/Google algorithms aren't always good for society.
