Day 1 of my 25-day gym and boxing challenge is done! 💪 Here’s how it went: join: https://t.me/druxambchat/115 - Biked 8.1km from my house to the gym to kick things off! 🚴‍♂️ - Completed 1 hour of general aerobic training to warm up and get my heart pumping. - Did 30 minutes of 10KG weight training to build arm strength and endurance. - For my boxing session, I learned about the two main stances: Orthodox and Southpaw. Since I’m left-handed, I’ll be using the Southpaw stance. - Practiced the fundamentals: leg positioning and movement, as well as hand positioning and movement. getting started! 🥊🔥 Let’s keep this momentum going! cc: @afrochicks @santiagodevrel @higherathletics
