Hi Naomi!  Loved seeing sleep masks here.  After marveling at how much my sleep quality increased with hotel blackout curtains when traveling, I tried a sleep masks and was instantly hooked.  The ear plugs are not comfortable for me, but maybe I haven’t found the right ones yet.  Thank you for sharing some wellness tips!

Hey Jerry! yes this is exactly what happened with me too, i had such a great sleep with black out curtains it makes such a huge difference eye masks are a great and cheaper alternative! thanks for sharing, i'll be making a part two next week. ☺️
