Honestly i feel like the "cost" of interaction keeps it low. Every like/heart, comment, etc is counted against your cap which makes interacting weigh against that limit.

It is what it is (can't be free), but some people are bound to "hold on" to their finite resources.

Yeah same here, but it's like a mental thing. Where if you feel actions are limited, you tend to hoard. Like my data usage on my cell phone with a 1 gig limit vs unlimited wifi even if i don't ever hit the cap on data
