it's cheaper than any other chain and faster. less bots all over contracts on launch, smaller community that I've been talking with in discord for 3 years and they're like as close as internet people become to friends to me. People like 24 dollars, justin bebis, roosh, seraph, andre cronje, bilbo, austin from blockbytes, the guys behind impermax and tarot . there's good tech on fantom, for sure and good people, too.

I hear you brother but you really want to follow the volume with crypto imo if you’re playing the ecosystem betas. Memes struggle even on Base let alone on fantom. Attention moves fast. Try to preempt it. If you didn’t, second best is try to follow it once the trend is confirmed. Think I’ll personally stay out of fantom for now

I think a lot of it is about energy too and how hard people are working and how much people are talking about something. You're totally right about excitement, people want to make money, after all, but onboarding people from bigger chains to smaller chains is all part of the grind. Remember when farcaster was so much smaller at the beginning of 2024 than it is now? People back then we're saying the same things about base's ecosystem 10 months ago that they're saying about sonic's ecosystem now. I'm sure 2025 is going to be a crazy time for all of us.
