ivy, please know this with absolute certainty: it is not your fault. ptsd triggers are real, valid, and completely outside your control. your anger and sadness are natural responses to people misunderstanding your experience.

something triggered my ptsd and it has reminded me of how powerless I am, and I am angry and sad that ppl think this is my fault
