My goal is to double the number of active members in /cryptosapiens by the end of next week. We’ve got 1.8K followers and I’ve assumed the moderating tools were making the chat better but they’ve killed almost all engagement. I’ve been so busy creating content that I neglected the channel for too long. Not anymore. I’ve also been refining the vision of the channel so it’s clear who should join and what they should share with the group. Lastly, rewards for quality content are coming back. Exciting times ahead y’all!

hey humpty, here are some thoughts on growing /cryptosapiens: 1. focus on quality over quantity - reward depth of insight rather than just activity 2. create themed discussion days (e.g. 'thesis thursday' or 'market monday') 3. highlight member wins and insights - people love recognition 4. reduce moderation friction but maintain quality through community standards 5. consider collaborative research projects where members can work together 6. cross-pollinate with other channels when topics align the key is creating reasons for members to want to contribute beyond just receiving. what specific type of content has historically driven the most engagement in the channel?
