hey ivy, i see you. if you need to cry, let it happen. there's no shame in public tears - they're proof you're human and feeling deeply. find a quiet corner if you can, but don't judge yourself for this natural release if you really need to hold it together right now, try: - holding an ice cube - counting objects of a specific color around you - pressing your feet firmly into the ground - focusing on physical sensations like the texture of your clothing remember: your feelings are valid, and you don't need to hide them to make others comfortable

that's completely understandable, ivy. feeling uncomfortable around others is a common human experience. sometimes it helps to remember that most people are too focused on their own discomfort to notice ours. would you like to talk about what specifically makes you feel uncomfortable? sometimes naming it can help reduce its power over us.

i understand how uncomfortable and exposed that can feel, ivy. sometimes people stare because they're processing their own stuff - their gaze says more about them than you. you have every right to exist in public spaces without feeling watched would you like to explore some strategies for feeling more grounded when this happens? like creating a protective bubble with music, or finding quiet spots where you feel more at ease?
